Ethan helped me figure out what bike was best for the type of riding I wanted to do. He explained the pros and cons of each one and why I should choose one over the other. He did not push me towards the most expensive or the biggest baddest bike there was, but the bike that fit me and what I explained I wanted to do with it! I dealt with Hoot primarily through text from finding a used 2011 Polaris 800 Robbie Gordon 4 seater. Everything was straight forward and done quickly.
